  • Substantiation of the technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject of procurement and the expected cost of the subject of procurement regarding Order № 710 of 11.10.2016 "On effective use of public resources" till 05.2021 approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
  • Technical and qualitative characteristics of the subject of procurement are presented in the corresponding appendix to the tender documents and defined in accordance with the current technical rules, requirements and statements of the regulatory documents of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". The expected cost of the subject of procurement is determined by the procedure established by the organizational-administrative documents of the Customer and the sample techniques for determination of the expected cost for the subject of procurement affirmed by Order №275 of 18.02.2020 by the Ministry of Economy
