The South Railway has organised and constantly carries out work to create jobs and employment of persons with disabilities in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Basis of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine".
The enterprise offers social and economic guarantees for disabled persons provided for by the current legislation; the State Employment Service is given the information required for arranging the employment of persons with disabilities.
Currently 1,213 persons with disabilities are employed by South Ukrainian Railways.
The railway also creates jobs for persons with disabilities, the information about which is provided to the City Employment Centres monthly.
